Refunds

No refunds shall be issued 30 days prior to the start of the conference. A full refund may be issued for documented medical reasons (self or family) or in a case involving the loss of a loved one.

All refunds are subject to transaction fees by respective financial institutions and any expenses already incurred by organizers at the time the refund was requested. As a result, a full refund cannot be guaranteed.
